Salah satu moment terbaik di Jepang yaitu pas musim semi. Dimana bunga sakura pada bermekaran, cuaca adem dan langit yang cerah. Pokoknya ini wishlist aku banget deh! Cocok buat refreshing dan foto-foto cantik. Oh ya jangan lupa sewa kimono juga biar hasil foto lebih maksimal, hehe.

My Skin Preparation for Valentine's Date, using SK-II Products

Hey ladies! Valentine’s day is coming up soon, If you have prepared a gift or beautiful outfit, be sure you don’t miss out one thing that will definitely highlight your entire look. And of course it’s a skin preparation.

Personally, I’m a type of person who put a skincare first after makeup, cause I believe the best makeup we can wear is our own face. With the best skincare routine, I could maintain a natural beauty and glow, it also going to make a good canvas for any makeup applied. 

I’m so happy to finally discover the best product suit to my skin perfectly. Here I want to share a little bit secret of my clear crystal skin. I’ve been using ranges of SK-II products from clear lotion, facial treatment essence, and facial mask in this past couple weeks. Before I started using this, my skin was suffered from dull and dryness. I guess this due to late-night sleeps and less drinking water.


After having an event in Chinese New Year Phoenix Party SK-II, I received a limited edition CNY SK-II package including, clear lotion, facial treatment essence and facial masks. Its quite a good amount of product though! I’m beyond happy to try one of SK-II signature product, the much-loved and most awarded bestseller all over the world - ‘Facial Treatment Essence’.

I wonder why SK-II Facial Treatment Essence is so famous. It actually stated that; it has over 90% Pitera, the miracle ingredients discovered over 30 years ago that remains essentially unchanged till today. Its irreplaceable formula gently exfoliated the face and helps moderate the skin surface’s renewal cycle. This believed to help improve the appearance of 5 dimensions of beautiful, crystal clear skin, spots are less visible, appearance of wrinkles is reduced, skin texture is more refined, firmness is improved, and radiance is beautifully elevated, skin becomes breathtakingly crystal clear.

I’ve been reading a lot of positive review about SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, and the statement above is mostly proved. As for me, a SK-II newbie, I can feel a huge improvement on my skin in the short period of time. 

Here are few steps of my current skincare routine by using SK-II;
1. After cleansed my face with a regular facial cleanser, I double cleansed with SK-II clear lotion using cotton pad, to get away the dirt from leftover makeup or sebums. 
2. Then its time to gently tap SK-II Facial Treatment Essence on my entire my face and neck evenly, using clean palms. This essence is water-like in consistency so all the miracle ingredients inside it will penetrate faster and easier than a serum formula.
3. On the daytime, I normally layer my face with the daytime cream or SPF. And for the nighttime I layer with the night cream.
4. For a special occasion, I put an extra effort to my face the night before using SK-II Facial Mask. I love how my skin’s condition after using this mask, skin’s texture becomes smooth, also appear clear and bright just like a crystal.

[REVIEW] Sexy Valentine Look with VOV All Day Strong Lip and Eye Color

From the event with Clozette Indonesia and VOV Cosmetics on my previous post, I brought home 5 variants of VOV All Day Strong Eye and Lip Color. I'm so excited to experiment a 'Sexy Valentine Look' with all of these products. But first, let me review it in detail.


VOV All Day Strong Eye Color has 7 pretty shades, 1 in matte and the other 6 in shimmery. I got mine in shade: Silver Salt, Diabouquet and Brown Killer. All of it comes in a stick packaging, which is very travel-friendly and easy to use. Also, don't worry about the quality, this product is highly pigmented, smooth texture yet blend-able, and it has a pretty shimmery shades that water-proof and long-lasting. You can apply this with the eye brushes, or just swatch the stick right away on the eyelid then blend it with brushes or fingers.


VOV All Day Strong Lip Color also has 7 bright and vibrant shades, those are make a perfect matte finish. I got mine in shade: Peach Cream and Smoke Red. The texture is very smooth and easy to apply as the tip could be used as a lip liner too. Beside that, I found this lip color is very long-lasting. Even after I ate, this might come off a little bit but the color still stained on the lip.


Here's my 'Sexy Valentine Look' created by using VOV All Day Strong Eye and Lip Color. I blended the eye color in Dobouquet and Brown Killer, also applied the Silver Salt in the inner corner of the eyes. Then I finished up the look with Smoke Red lip color.

In the early of February 2nd 2017, I attended a mini event with Clozette Indonesia and VOV Cosmetic at Seibu Premiere Lounge. VOV is a cosmetic brand originated from South Korea that produced few cosmetic products in trendy, fun and vivid colors, to create girly and modern chic look! All of the products from VOV known for its good packaging and high quality product, cause no wonder its under LG company.

Through the event, me and the other 9 clozetters were having a quick preview of VOV All Day Strong Eye and Lip Color, as well as a little sneak peek to upcoming products at VOV on March, VOV Mineral Illuminated.


VOV All Day Strong Lip and Eye Colors come in a stick packaging, that is very travel-friendly, high pigmented, easy to use and of course it stays all day long. 

Both of it consist of 7 colors, 
VOV All day Strong Lip Color has 7 vivid and vibrant color in Pink, Peach Cream, Magenta, Coral, Orange, Red and Smoke Red. 
VOV All Day Strong Eye Color also has 7 colors, with one in matte finish, shade Nude Foundation, and the other six has pretty shimmery colors, Silver Salt, Diaboquet, Deep Orange, Purple, Khaki and Brown Killer.


After that, there was also a quick makeup session done by using VOV Cosmetic products. Beside using the VOV All Day Strong lip color as a lipstick or the eye color as an eyeshadow, The MUA showed us to use them in multiple areas; such as eye color brown killer as a brow filler, silver salt as a highlighter and inner-eye highlight, nude foundation as a back bronzer, and pink lip color could be a blusher.


After the event, we were given VOV vouchers that could be redeemed for VOV All Day Strong 3 eye colors and 2 lip colors. I ends up took the eye color in shade: Silver Salt, Diabouquet and Brown Killer, while the lip color in shade: Peach Cream and Smoke Red.
