[EVENT AND REVIEW] Looking Fresh with Soothing Skin, #CalmingSoon with Laneige Fresh Calming Series

This is my first post in 2018, and again Happy New Year 2018 everyone :) One of my this year's resolution is to take care of my skin by wearing less makeup and never skip my skincare routine. So in this post, I'm going to share about my current favorite skincare!
If you followed me on Instagram, you might already known that I have attended the launching event of Laneige Fresh Calming Series with Beauty Journal by Sociolla on 21th December 2017. The event was held in Rock Papper Scissors, Kuningan, and having the beauty bloggers and beauty influencers all in pretty peach outfits.
As usual, the event began with a humble and sweet greetings from Mira Monika as Editor in Chief Beauty Journal. Followed by Brand Manager Laneige Indonesia, Dian Muldi, introducing Laneige Fresh Calming Series as the new Laneige skicare line that targets for young adults in aged 20-25 with combination and dehydrated skin. Laneige Fresh Calming Series formulated with natural litchi (or lychee) and deep sea water to boost the hydration while calming the skin at the same time. Its definitely suitable for those living in humid and tropical weather all-year-long like Indonesia.
And then, Nia as Laneige Brand Representative was presenting us Laneige Fresh Calming Commercials with Lee Sung Kyung as the Brand Ambassador who were using Laneige Fresh Calming Series including;
- Laneige Fresh Calming Gel Cleanser
- Laneige Fresh Calming Toner
- Laneige Fresh Calming Serum
- Laneige Fresh Calming Morning Mask
The first step is Laneige Fresh Calming Gel Cleanser, its a gel type cleanser suitable for oily and combination skin. It immediately soothes the skin with natural litchi ingredients and also able to protects the skin's moisture with deep sea water contents. This cleanser can be used for morning/night time after cleansing the face with makeup remover.
Moving on to the next step is Laneige Fresh Calming Toner, that perfectly gives a cool sensation with refreshing litchi scent. Its formulated with total 10 ingredients that is dermatologic/hypoallergic tested, its alcohol and mineral free too, so even the sensitive skin's type can use this. As the main ingredients, natural litchi and deep sea water ingredients will make a healthy and balanced skin by immediate soothing and protects skin's hydrations.
After the face is completely cleansed and nourished, time to put on Laneige Fresh Calming Serum, its an emulsifying type of serum that provides a quick absorption into the skin. This serum gives an immediate moisture, soothes the skin, and also able to solve inner dryness problems with natural litchi and deep sea water ingredients.
Finally, the new family to Laneige skincare ranges, Laneige Fresh Calming Morning Mask, that is meant to be used in the morning as the final step of skincare before sunscreen application. This morning mask has an airy mousse texture that turns watery while applied with massaging motion on the face. Different from the sleeping mask, this morning mask won't give a greasy feeling, instead it soothes face due to its highest content of litchi and panthenol ingredients. It also will help to keep the makeup stay longer.
I'm always in love with Laneige products since its very gentle and suitable for most of Asian skin complexion like mine. The same goes to this new Laneige Fresh Calming Series, those are hypoallergenic and free from mineral oil, animal ingrediens, synthetic pigments, and triethanolamine. So I'm looking forward for a better skin in the year 2018, YAY!
